SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Hi, I'm having problems with my downloaded game packs for The Sims 4. When I start the game, all the packs are gone. I tried to repair the download but only get an error message.
