SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

I'm having the exact same issue, same pop ups with the save file. Also getting error code EC 10005 occasionally when I reopen the EA desktop app. Good to see that it's not just me, because my internet connection is fine.
Yeah I keep getting error messages too, and getting randomly booted out of the app and having to log in again!
