Sims 4 game packs, not working in game

Hello , I brought 3 packs on my EA, and also have asked EA themselves to help, and I still don’t have a resolution that’s worked. I have repaired my game, uninstalled it, and re installed it, but still nothing, it says on my EA under manage packs, they all say installed, I go on the game and go into marketplace and it says not installed? The world is in the game but it won’t let me click on the world because again it says not installed, does anybody know what I can do? Or what you did to make it work? I just want to play the game with the new content but I can’t. Any suggestions, please? Thank you. 😅🤦🏼‍♀️
