Sims small business inventory missing

I opened a bakery. Spent hours stocking it. Opened the business. Went to manage worlds loaded another family and visited bakery all the inventory all the stock was missing happens over and over. Happened with a new enchanted by nature pack where I stopped potions not a single one left when I went back with another sim. Or the owner either
