Sims staying at work for days at a time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have one to two members of your household go to work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your sim goes to work as normal but stays past work time for hours up to 2 days past time so far. Sometimes your Sim only stays for an hour or so past their usual work time but most times they stay one to two days at work. You either have to let them just stay at work or use the leave work early interaction which gives a decreased work performance.
What do you expect to see? Sim arriving home from work at allotted time off
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. New install of seasons and latest patch from 6-29
I've noticed if I send my Sim to work they consistently stay later and later at work. They have stayed for 2 days as the latest. One Sim is in the business career the other is a Tech Guru. They leave within an hour of each other on Thursday and didn't return home until after 5A.M. on Saturday. The second Sim returned two hours after the first. I've noticed it starts out they stay for an hour or so later at first then it gets longer and longer the more you play.
