Sims stuck in t-pose after reset (please help)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1. 54. 120. 1020 (latest for pc)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, island living, seasons, get to work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During winter fest, have to sims go to a vet clinic, preform action Sing together > Fwingle Zwibbs (jingle bells) and reset the sims singing
What happens when the bug occurs? All Sims (outside of household too) frozen/stuck in t-pose/reset position and bodies/faces do not animate when interacting with one another, do not speak or make noise (if they’re “talking” to each other they are absolutely silent), dogs and cats are stuck in reset position, do not bark or meow, and the game lags. Resetting any sims will not work; on all games, worlds, lots, and saves this glitch occurs
What do you expect to see? Sims should make noise and move

Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest patch update (as of August 10th 2019) was downloaded via origin. In the middle of gameplay this glitch occurred and affected all games and saves (including old ones)
After healing a sick cat, I went to a dog park in brindleton bay to find a dog that could have puppies with mine. Sadly, there were no dogs that were unfixed females, so I went back to the vet clinic to see if I could find a dog there, and since it was Winterfest, I had my sims sing together. The two sims were standing across from each other without moving, and their mouth was the only thing that was moving. Everyone else was fine. I decided to fix the glitch by resetting them, then the two of them were stuck in a t-pose/reset position. I decided to bring them home because a blizzard began and they were freaking out. When I brought the two sims home, the rest of the household (including pets) was stuck in the same position. I tried to rest them, but it didn’t do anything. I recovered the old save from a few days ago before the glitch began, and everyone was t-posing. I made a new game/world to start off fresh. Everything was fine, but when I finished creating the household, the two new sims on an entirely different game were stuck in the same position. I realized the glitch spread to ALL OF MY GAMES, which meant that every save of mine (old and new) was affected. I do not know the cause (likely the singing), but I need this out of my game because all of my saves are infected and it’s annoying!!
