Sims unable to finish cooking
While playing Sims 4 I tried to make my Sim cook a meal for the household, she started cooking, got halfway through the process and just stopped. When I tried to get her to resume the meal she acted like it was in an inaccessible spot despite the fact that she had been able to get to it before when she started. I tried moving the food around, I tried reorganizing the cabinets where she was working, I tried scrapping the food she was making and starting on something new and even after repairing the game twice she was still unable to finish cooking anything.
Could you try moving the family out and back in via household manager and if that doesn't help, try saving your house to the gallery/library and then bulldoze and replace with a new copy.
