Sims Unplayable, Random Crashes, Completely Freezes PC

Hi there, I've been having this issue for about a month now. Sims is completely unplayable for me...I'm having constant random crashes that don't seem to have any rhyme or reason as to when they occu...

I'm having the same issues, it's crashed on me 5 times in the last 24-48 hours. I tried the steams "verify integrity of game files" and it said nothing was wrong but when i tried to play it crashed within 5 minutes this time. At least yesterday i could play for 20-30 minutes (before i did the verify files thing)

Yeah I tried to repair my game files directly through EA, but it made the crashes substantially more frequent. Huge bummer. I'm not sure why it's just specifically Sims causing issues.
