Asiaslayss Thanks for the dxdiag. There's nothing in it that clearly points to the issue, although your graphics driver is from 2023. Before updating that, however, try playing immediately after you restart your computer, with nothing running other than the game and the EA App. Since your laptop only has 8 GB RAM installed, with 2 GB set aside for graphics processing (as your graphics chip doesn't have its own video memory), this could simply be about resource allocation.
If playing with nothing else running doesn't help, try again, after another restart, except with your laptop offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If that doesn't help either, please restart yet again, wait a few minutes without opening anything, open the Task Manager, give it about 30 seconds to settle, and then let me know how much RAM is in use overall (the percentage displayed in the Memory header). Then open the Startup section and post a screenshot of the list of startup apps, so I can see whether anything is listed that doesn't need to open with Windows.
