I tried to load my sims up last week and it said to download the legacy version which is odd as my pc is 64-bit so I did it, it caused a lot of problems I downloaded it it didn’t work so i Uninstalled my sims in the hope it would work, it didn’t. Now my sims won’t redownload I’ve tried uninstalling origin and it still won’t work 😭. I’ve spent a lot of money on sims and I’m really upset I can’t get it to work. Can someone please help me it’s affecting my mental health.
You need to reinstall Origin. The game will not work without it.

@jpkarlsen I reinstalled origin and followed the link u send it didn’t work it’s still saying the same thing when I try to redownload my games that there’s a “Game Update Error”.
@jpkarlsen I’m trying to uninstall my avast antivirus and eveytime I click to uninstall it it’s saying “setup is already running. Please try to start the setup later.”
