I'm not sure what is happening. I downloaded Sims Vampires, installed, and played several games. Then I downloaded Sims City Living. Played several games in that. Now today I opened the game, and find that none of my saved games are available, nor can I start a new game. I've no idea why.

With my game whenever I try to start a new game I don't get the plumbob loading screen and it just goes white but I do still get the music. I've tried the method that you suggested down below but that hasn't worked for me. I have also contacted the EA help centre multiple times and nothing has really worked, besides uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. After reinstalling the game I can start a new game. When I was able to get into CAS I remembered that I need to CC so I closed CAS via, the main menu and then exit the game. Then when I try to go back to CAS the screen goes back to white and with the music.
Do you think this is a problem with my CC?
@poppymireille Yes, the issue is probably your custom content. If you have a lot of it to sort through, the 50/50 method can speed up the process.
