My sims won't even open after the September's update. I deleted everything, I unistalled the game and reinstalled it 3-4 times, I tried repairing it as well..still nothing.. It is getting stuck in the initial screen, the arrow is not moving at all, the screen is frozen and then it forces the pc to shut down and restart.
What is this??

@Omobilobili Did you delete or remove the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If not, please do so now. Removing the folder would prevent your saves from loading but not damage them; you could restore them later if you wanted.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Yes, I did that too. After the last unistallation and installation, it launched. I downloaded fresh new mods (only cc, not script), checked them for updates, updated everything, it run normally the 1st time and the 2nd time I opened the game it crashed again.
Ps. I had deleted every mod I had and tray items too, since the first update and did not put them back in folder since.
Now once again I deleted everything. Uninstalled it and reinstall it AGAIN. This is getting nerve wrecking.
