sims worlds gone
When I open the sims 4 app it acts like I'm a new player and all of my progress is lost. I have my save files and I've done everything I've found on the internet to get it to work and it won't.

jaeee222 Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while.
It sounds like your saves aren't in the folder the game is reading. That location could have changed since you last accessed your saves, so please double-check it in-game:

If your saves are in the correct location, please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder they're in, as in, I'd like to see the file names and sizes. Include the address bar, above the list of files, in the screenshot.
