hi my sims 4 game keeps crashing after maybe 2 seconds of start up when it gets to the screen where it shows the tips at. completely closes everything. no error message or anythings. I tried my command prompt and repairing the files. aswell as redowloading sims 4 and redownloading origin aswell. i have no mods or cc. if someone could please help!! i just wanna play sims. these are my last two crash files i have

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

@Silent-Occido-_- You don't need to get a new mouse or keyboard. Simply open the Task Manager, look through the background processes list, and shut down any Razer software before trying to play. If that works, you can try updating the software. And if kill the wrong process by accident, just restart your computer.
@Aledreon No one needs to get a new keyboard or mouse just to play Sims 4. Razer peripherals should run fine with default Microsoft drivers, just like any other peripherals.
