Sims4 Mouse is the normal PC mouse not sims4

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I see the normal mouse and when i move camera it bugs out
What do you expect to see? Normal mouse
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

this is an issue that occurs from time to time and for some corrects itself.

Do you have any programs running in the background ? Are you playing in windowed or normal mode ? Has it always been like this or is this a new thing ?
