@eveharris1 It sounds like the game may now be reading a different folder from the one that contains your saves. To check, first find the full path to the user folder as the game reports it. Here's how:

Right-click one of your saves and select Properties > General. The Location needs to match what you see in-game, at least as far as "The Sims 4." If it doesn't, that's the issue, and the fix is to move the saves to the folder the game is using.
If the file paths match, or you want Sims 4 to go back to reading the old folder, or you need more help in general, please post both file paths here.
Edit: Now that I've seen your screenshot (which I merged with your other thread to keep everything together, I do spot a couple of issues that need to be addressed. But I also see at least one recent save that should be loading, so the file location is at least part of the problem.
