Sims4 uninvited guests refuse to leave.

I understand this happened a year ago. There are currently two uninvited guests in my home in Sims4. They refuse to leave and there is no "ask to leave" or "shoo". There is "goodbye", but that does ...

I am willing to share the game, but I am unsure how to do it. I can figure out how to zip it (I think) but I'm not positive how to get it to you after that.

Download Winzip or Winrar, right click the folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and then upload that to Mediafire or Dropbox. 
Get the link and send that in a private message to Crinrict

    I still don't see it under the saves. This is what I see:

    scratch

    serial GUID

    Slot_00000001.save

    Slot_00000001.save.ver0

    Slot_00000001.save.ver1

    Slot_00000001.save.ver2

    Slot_00000001.save.ver3

    Slot_00000001.save.ver4

    Slot_00000002.save

    Slot_00000002.save.ver0

    Yes, that's right, the folder those are in zip that and send it to Crinrict. That are your save files.
