Sims4 won't launch in EA app
I'm trying to get the EA app up and running so I can play Sims4 before Origin is no longer able to. I have repaired the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing changes. It still tries to l...
My sims 4 won’t work either tried clicking the desktop icon says it’s been loaded on by another account and then when I try load it on the EA app it says try again later. Even tried doing the run as administrator on the EA app and still didn’t work l. I’ve no idea what to do. Had no issues with it 3 days ago but that’s when origin forced me to go onto the EA app
@jesshstarr Please clear the EA App's cache:

and restart your computer, then try opening the App and see whether it loads. If it does, launch Sims 4 from within the App, not from the desktop shortcut.
Suddenly last week my game stopped launching via EA app.
I have reinstalled everything now twice, done everything in this thread but still the game won't launch.
The game looks like it would start but then nothing. The game doesn't launch but there isn't any errors ether.
I am so done I've spent a lot of money on sims 4 and suddenly it just stopped working.
What can I do ? I am loosing my mind over this because nothing that I try works.
@rousuken Did that uninstall and reinstall process also include moving the Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts? You'd need to do it manually; this folder isn't usually deleted when the game itself is uninstalled. Please try this if you haven't already. Your saves and other content won't be available, but that's fine—the point is to see if you can play with no user content present at all.
If the game still won't open, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
