If it is your account you played on you will automatically have it on your Desktop when you sign in to your account.

I don’t understand why EA marked this issue as Solved. It’s not solved. It’s still broken. The tally disconnects and resides to show results. NOT SOLVED. Gallery is still broke.

Since I bought the enchanted by nature pack my game crashes all the time :(
Since there is no auto save option I just lose progress over and over again and it's impossible to use the game anymore. Please fix this issue with the pack and also add an auto save option.
