Since recent update, my game will not launch past the loading screen

Since the recent update when i click to launch my game, it will pull up the sims 4 loading screen and it will start to play the music and then it crashes out. I have tried everything, i do not know w...

I am having this issue as well and nothing is fixing it! I am also on a gaming laptop that has had no problems launching games until the new EA app update about 2 weeks ago and then my sims 4 game has not launched since and nothing has fixed it! I thought i was the only one!!
