Sism 4 main screen big play button problem.

Hi everyone... I problem with big play button 🙂 I bought sims 4 on origin.I downloaded and setup very clean.. But When I open the game if I press big play button loading screen stay on forever 🙂...

@PixelRace 

I don't quite understand. You say that you can't play. How then are you getting a savegame? anyway update your game version to the latest and see if that does not solve your problem.

But nope my games still working..BUT if I havent got saved game and press play button (big play button) game stuck in loading screen ? is it normal..

by the way my games is last version..

    @PixelRace 

    So you can start it and create a savegame. How did you start it without using the big button? Your screenshot is from a very old version.

      Realy ? cause I bought it on origin and when I m trying to update they sayther is no update...

      When I open game I see screen that I attached, and if I havent got a saved game and press big play game stuck loading screen but if I press new game button I have no problem..

        @PixelRace  What game version do you see in the lower right corner of the Main Menu?  Please list the entire version, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

        Please also let me know whether you use OneDrive.
