Slay Vampire Not Appearing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions packs, all game packs but Spa Day, Bowling, Tiny Living, Laundry and Holiday
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The "Slay Vampire" interation does not appear in the Mean Interation menu
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant Slay the Vampire
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the interation
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I want to slay a vampire I can't find the familiy for so I can't remove the vampiriesm becuase they were never spost to by a vampire.

    @daughtermitchell I assume none of the following apply to any of your participants: getting married, challenge npc, interrogating, being an infant, pregnant.
    Now, have you met (greeted) the other vampire? Are they both teens or both older? On land or in water (in this case you should get a tooltip)? Relationship -15 or lower (alternatively: encouraged by club rules/just shoved moodlet/feud target/vampiric strength perk)?

    @kusurusu My sims was not pregnant but had a baby, the vampire I want to slay is a Adult and my sim is a YAdult they aren't friends. The sim I want to change back from vimpiriesm is a npc so I don't know if they have vampiric strength perk or any thing else
