Number keys to speed up time don't work-Sims 4

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well I think this might be a glitch and maybe a small patch fix along with some of the other bugs maybe.
What happens when the bug occurs? Well when I click 1,2,3 the time doesn't speed up and I turn off "num ik" so I don't understand why its not working. And the time wont speed up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the time sped up.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So I removed my cc and it worked. And I cant find the specific thing that is causing this. But when I put the cc back it doesn't work.
