08bn8xh0w5vt The cap in the Options file is an upper limit, but it doesn't override other settings. So if you've limited fps to 75 in the Nvidia Control Panel, that will still hold even when the value in Options.ini is higher. If you set a limit of 75 in the Control Panel and 60 in Options.ini, you'll see 60 fps (or lower) in-game.

For the most recent two or three files, right-click them and select Copy, then right-click the desktop and select Paste. From there, you can zip them together, upload the .zip to a third-party filesharing site, and link it here.
