So, my old sims game kept crashing so I read some stuff on google and apparently deleted my EA files and sims 4 user files and there is NOTHING in my documents so I can't use my CC. Can I get some help on getting my EA and Sims 4 files back?? (Im terrible at explaining so this may come off as complicated.)
@clearitywater Are your files still in the Recycle Bin on your computer? Please have a look, and restore them if you find them. You'd want to restore the Electronic Arts folder and the Sims 4 folder inside it and everything inside that, if possible.
If your computer's recycle bin is empty, go to onedrive.com, sign in, open both My Files and the Recycle Bin there, and see whether you can find any Sims 4 data.
Finally, please confirm that there's nothing here either:
C:\Users\your username\Documents\Electronic Arts
The folder in your screenshot is of OneDrive's Documents folder, so it's worth looking in the one above, which is not tied to OneDrive. If you're having trouble finding that exact folder, click This PC in the left panel of the File Explorer window, double-click the C drive (you might need to scroll down a bit), then open Users etc. from there.
