Some of those chat bubble options wont contain anything in them

Question

when i was playing the sims 4 recently i noticed that some of those chat options(you know when you press another sim and you choose ( "mean, friendly, romance etc") and some of the bubbles that usually contain the actions (such as, "hug, kiss, heartfelt compliment") were empty. i have over 6,000+ cc installed so that may be the problem. has this happened to anyone else?

i tried taking a screen shot however the options just disappear. please help! <3

Honestly with that many modes installed, it could be any one of them causing the issue, the best thing to do is remove the mods to see if the game works as it should and then start adding them back in to try and find the culprit.
