Somehow my Sims 4 Game was overtook by One Drive Now I can no longer launch it

I hate OneDrive. I had a similar problem in that it was moving actual game files off of the computer to OneDrive and my game was missing whole elements. Thankfully, I was able to catch it early enough that my save file wasn’t gone and I could fix it quickly.  I did reinstall the game, and was able to put my other files back in from a recent backup. I now have OneDrive disabled on my game computer. Hope you can fix everything.
