[STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

Bought Digital Deluxe upgrade for sms 4 but add-on is not showing in library nor in game. I have tried all trouble shooing advice including reinstalling game all the way to restarting my own modem. I...

    This issue is currently being investigated by the EA teams, we'll be posting further updates here as we receive them.

    Thanks for your patience while we look into this, and the reports on this so far!

    While we look into this issue, please try the following to download and access your DLC:

    - Search for your pack using the EA app search bar

    - Click on the pack in the results

    - Select the Download option

    EDIT: Also it would be helpful if you could create an Error Report and post your Error Report ID to this thread.  Instructions on how to create an Error Report are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/run-ea-error-report/

    Update: To best assist both fans and the teams currently investigating this issue we have locked this thread to consolidate reports in a single location. Please follow the steps in our EA app forums located here so we can assist further.

I'm so confused. I just purchased a bundle of 3 packs for the sims 4 but I'm not able to install or play any of them. I bought cottage living, dream home decorator, and laundry day. I haven't really play much since they switched from origin to EA but theres no place to install. When I went back to the store, it said these packs were not yet purchased but I have the confirmation email and the payment went through on my card. When I launch the Sims 4 game, it says I own the packs but none of the content shows up. Please help!

    I am having the same issue. I purchased a custom bundle in the EA App. I bought Eco Lifestyle, Jungle Adventure, and Fitness Stuff. EA App does not show that I purchased these, however, I have a receipt that shows "Fulfilled" in the EA Customer Portal. When I launch Sims 4 it shows that I own the packs and tells me to download them. I exit the game, but the EA App still does not have the option to download.

    I cleared the cache in the EA App, issue persists.

    I also tried downloading the free My First Pet Stuff add-on, but the download won't start. It says to try again in a few minutes. I tried again, same error.

    EDIT: During the uninstall process for the EA App, I selected the Repair option. I restarted my computer when prompted. When I launched the EA App, my purchased content was ready for download, including the free add-on. I hope that helps!

      @TheKaePhoenix Thank you! That did get it to show up in the add ons but once I click download it just continues to say preparing? Did you have this issue as well? Still can’t install the packs :/
