Sims 4 Expansion Packs problem

I bought the Get to Work pack MONTHS ago and have been playing with it. I go to load a world and it says i have to have the pack to play it? but i have the pack. So i look up a youtube video and i repair the game, reinstall, clear cache, and check the file is in the Sims 4 file. But nothing works so i check my purchase history and its not there either? please help
