I cant open all my household

the sims required me to update the game so i did, but this morning, i cant open all my household it always up in the world. EA Sims have the audacity to create a new expansion pack but wont fix all there bugs

p0nqhzeis58a Please remove your Mods folder and try again. You don't have to save your progress.
