this is beyond horrible for the people who actually play the game. i open the game up and dont even get past the loading screen before i get kicked. i just paid for new packs and i shouldnt have to wait to play them. the message clearly states that the problem are on you guys! fix this we know you see all the angry people saying the same thing.. OUR GAMES WONT STOP CRASHING DUDE!!!!!
YES please my game keeps crashing and i tried everything ! I don't even get an error message from EA like i had earlier.
payylayy1018 Kiana171 Does the game crash just after midnight? If so, that's currentl a known MCCC issue, resolved by disabling auto-marriages for inactive sims. I believe another (very adult) mod can cause crashes or freezes just after midnight as well.
Aside from that, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
