@HaileyHH2 Your hard drive is somewhat low on space, at 13 GB free. That shouldn't be preventing you from playing Sims 4, but it's something to keep an eye on going forward. Having 20 GB free is a good goal.
Please try playing while your laptop is offline. You can sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi before pressing Play. Let me know whether you can exit CAS; you don't need to spend much time on the new sim(s), since this is just for testing.
Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
- @puzzlezaddict I tried to play being offline and disconnecting the wifi entirely but it did not make a difference. And I don't believe that I use an antivirus software, is there one you would recommend?
