build mode mixed with loading screen?!

Hello! The issue I have is every time I try to build something instead of the screen showing me the lot, it's the blue loading screen that appears! But the rest of the build mode is there. I've had this issue for a month now, I don't really know what to do. I uninstalled EA, Steam and The Sims and then installed them again and it didn't change anything. I don't have nor use modes or cc.
