Stuck in loading screens. Freezes up my entire PC.

Since the last updates my game is unplayable. I've accepted that I just can't play anymore until this is corrected. As soon as I log into the game and it requires me to go into a loading screen. It's...

Same here! My game has been broken for almost 2 weeks now. My game will not load in it’s just an endless green diamond. When I recover an old save and launch it I get to the map but whenever I choose a household to play or click build/buy on a lot I still get the green diamond again and it never loads me into the lot. I even took out every mod and cc and I still have this issue.
