Stuck on Loading screen when in build mode and going to manage worlds.

For a while now I have been experiencing my game occasionally getting stuck on the loading screen. I've noticed it typically happens when in build mode and going to manage worlds. It has happened from live mode too thought. I try to remember to save before attempting to go to manage worlds but naturally sometimes I forget and lose a lot of game progress. This has become so frustrating. Has anyone else been experiencing this? I've tried repairing the game. I've tried removing all game files and slowly putting saves, tray and the two mods I have back. I only have MCCC and a default eye replacement. It will happen without the mods as well. I have noticed since this week's updates for life and death it has been happening more and more. I am open to any suggestions if anyone has any on how to resolve this. Thanks.
