chillyw316 The Mods folder is in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If the only file inside it is Resource.cfg, you don't have any mods or custom content.

thank you! I just checked and that's the only file I have in there. I will just wait this out and hope it gets fixed soon
