tyv4loav4vvh I don't know just from your description, but we may be able to find out. Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load your main household, with no mods or custom content present. If and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open the file and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon. You can also copy the text and paste it into your reply.
Thanks, I think that worked because I can now play the household. The game is just quite laggy, it takes longer than usually to load when I switch between places but that could just be my laptop or wifi. But it doesn't really bother me too much
