SUBJECT: SIMS4 GAME ERROR 0 NOTHING IS VISIBLE

 

 

 Ok guys I have never seen happen before but I recently changed my internet and after it was switched over my Sims4 game will load but for some strange reason it is not visible when I go to build mode.  I can't get anything to work right; can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix this.  I keep getting a message saying error 0.
