Subject: The Sims™ 4 Bust the Dust Kit Not Showing in My EA Account

Hello,

I am having an ongoing issue with The Sims™ 4 Bust the Dust Kit not appearing in my EA account. No matter what I try, it simply does not show up.

I have attempted the following steps, but none have resolved the problem:

Checked my EA account (the kit is not listed there)

Tried redeeming/download through the web

Cleared cache and repaired the application

Confirmed correct location settings

Tried all recommended troubleshooting methods

Despite all of this, the kit still does not appear in my EA account. I want to purchase it, but I cannot find it in the EA store. I have reason to believe this issue might be related to a regional listing error in the Turkish EA store, because the kit is visible on Steam, but it is not appearing in EA.

Please help me resolve this issue so that I can purchase/download the Bust the Dust Kit on my EA account.
