Subject: The Sims 4 for Rent early purchase bonus items

Hello I purchase the Sims 4 For Rent within the time period to receive the bonus digital items. However I did not receive the items I am a long standing customer and would like the bonus items owed to me please.

    Did you purchase For Rent directly from the EA app/Origin? What date did you purchase your pack on?
