Temp files Appearing

I moved my sims 4 files from my laptop to my desktop temporarily. Before that, I didn't have any trouble with playing the sims 4, and I played it briefly on the desktop once but after that, I wasn't ...

I'm unable to move the original save file but the temp files still appear. I tried moving the original but it says I'm unable to.

@Girlit17 What's the exact message ? Maybe that's the problem that the folder is locked somehow.
