That folder doesnt exist, issue since newest update

Question

This started with the latest update on my PC, I have no mods. I have tried clearing the cache, restarting the app, restarting my computer, running as admin, etc. First the update takes several hours to process/download, sometimes it gets stuck on 4% and others it downloads all the way and gives me the attached error code. I have used my external hard drive for all of my Sims items and never had an issue. It has plenty of space on it. I'm going crazy,&nbsp; and would love to continue my latest save. Thanks&nbsp;

icerario​&nbsp; Please unplug your external drive and any other devices that would be assigned a drive letter.&nbsp; Restart your computer again, and reconnect the devices in order so that the drive with Sims 4 on it still gets assigned the letter F.&nbsp; (Windows will assign drive letters in the order the devices are recognized.)&nbsp; Then clear the EA App's cache and try repairing the game instead.
