The "Bulldoze Lot" tool does not work after update 1.66.139.1020

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66.139.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Click on a lot with a house 2. Click on the "Build" tool 3. Click on the "Bulldoze" tool 4. Click FIRST on the "Bulldoze Terrain" option 5. The ground painting is clean 6. Then click on the "Bulldoze Lot" option 7. Click OK (check symbol) 8. Nothing happens
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. The bug only happens if it is executed in a specific order, first the "Bulldoze Terrain" tool and then the "Bulldoze Lot" tool. If the order is reversed, the lot is demolished and the terrain paint is clean.
What do you expect to see? The lot bulldozed when I click on the tool "Bulldoze Lot"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the last update (1.66.139.1020), I noticed this bug. Before this update it was working correctly because I was using this tool frequently.

The bug only happens if it is executed in a specific order, first the "Bulldoze Terrain" tool and then the "Bulldoze Lot" tool. If the order is reversed, the lot is demolished and the terrain paint is clean.

  • @sugarparkjm Tested this in my game and have no issues. Tried the same lot as you did in your video and it was bulldozed fine.

Did you delete your cache files after removing mods ?
