The current user is not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language

Hi im having this error that does not want to let me launch the sims 4 game. it says something like: "The current user is not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language"

It made me update the game and packs before it and then it just kept showing this. My language was not changed it was and is Czech even though I am from Slovakia but I am forced to use those 3 languages. I cleared out my Sims 4 folder (with the custom mods, recorded videos,... folders) and did not help. I changed my language in the app to same as the game - did not help. And also I was not doing anything with the Origin files it just kinda did it on its own.
