The DirectX11 commands doesn't make the option to appear in The Sims 4 game
Hi. I tried to follow the tutorial to opt in to turn on the DirectX11 on my Sims 4 game. My game is patched with the latest update, is original and everything works great so far. But I need help understanding how can I have the option in game (see the photos I am attaching here) so you guys can get more information. Once I open the game the option doesn't come up. What am I doing wrong? I wrote this on my phone *just in case you ask me if I am the computer* I am not rn, to give you more details. 😅
Thanks in advance for your help!

So, once my Dad do this..
I will be able to see the option in game?
To be clear, there are no new graphical settings in the game due to this change.
The game is simply rendered in DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 9, the only change you see in the beginning is the new DirecX version displayed in the bottom right corner of your screen:
The real changes are all "under the hood", meaning that the more modern API DirecX 11 (Application Programming Interface) offers advantages over DirecX 9 that are executed automatically.
(hardware-based tessellation, multithreading support, DirectCompute, new shader models to name a few.)
