I just bought Sims 4 on my windows 8 laptop, I recieved a link so I could download it. Problem is, besides how confused I am with installing it, I keep getting this "Fatal Error."  The dynamic libra...

That doesn't sound like a legal copy you were sold.

Origin is a requirement for legal games so get your money back from whereever you bought it and get either the DVD or buy it through Origin.
