The Gallery

Hi, I need help with trying to figure out why in the sims 4 it wont let me view the community gallery... In the corner where the gallery would be located it says my library... i have a pc by the way not a mac... I can view the gallery online but every time i would want to download something i would have to exit the game and go onto the internet... which would get annoying after doing that a lot... so please help!

    Could there be anything else? I dont know why it wont let me view the gallery.. My birthdate is set to my mom's so... anything else thanks for the help!

    Check your Game Options. Make sure Online Access is on.
    If you are under 13 that might just be the problem.

    im sorry to bother you again but in my sims 4 game there is no option for online access.. why is this?

    the same thing is happening to me does anybody know how to fix it
