I can't find my pre-made sims nor can I save any sims after I make them I also can't save lots

tamarac1752 The Gallery is sorting by "most popular" by default now. So please set it to "newest" instead and see whether your creations show up.
If you don't see anything, let me know whether you have any files in Tray, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and if so, whether you have new files in Tray that would correspond to your new creations.
