Cannot Purchase any packs

I have been trying to purchase expansion packs and other packs from the sims 4 but is facing an error. I have tried repairing and updating, nothing works. Every time I try to purchase it shows 'We had some trouble processing your request. Try again a little later (ref. #offernotpurchasable). This issue has been going on for months. Please help fix it.
