GREENAIR0103 I'm glad to hear that helped. That means the problem is likely something in your main account, but it's not always easy to figure out what that could be. It might be OneDrive though, and your new local account won't be connected to OneDrive by definition.
You can use the new account as long as you like. If the game starts crashing again, that could mean the problem has migrated to the new account, for example an antivirus might let you play once or twice before tampering with permissions. So let me know how things go.
If and when you're ready to try to fix the problem in the main account, try pausing OneDrive syncing before opening Sims 4. Right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen (or perhaps hidden in the Tray) to see the option.
